F.A.Q

  • Is it possible to receive alerts for server issues via email?

    Absolutely, you can set up alerts for specific server metrics such as CPU or memory usage and have them sent via email immediately. Configure your email address in the plugin settings. .

  • How are warning and alert thresholds detected?

    By default, we use an 85% threshold for warnings and a 95% threshold for error alerts. Once a threshold is reached, we display it on the dashboard and send an email notification. You can adjust these thresholds in the plugin's settings. 

  • How long do we retain server metrics?

    Metrics older than 30 days are purged through the Mautic maintenance command: php bin/console mautic:maintenance:cleanup 

  • Is there another way I can notify?

    You can use a pre-built Dashboard widget, or you can utilize webhooks and process data with Zapier or Ma ke.com.  

  • How often is the health status of the server checked?

    By default, the health status of the server is checked every 5 minutes. You can change this frequency in the plugin's settings.
