How do I install a plugin?

Follow these steps to install a Mautic Extendee plugin:

  1. Copy the plugin: Place the plugin folder (e.g., `YourPluginBundle`) into the Mautic `plugins/` directory on your server. The path should look like plugins/YourPluginBundle.
  2. Clear cache: Run the following command in your Mautic root directory via the command line:
    php bin/console cache:clear
  3. Reload plugins list: Run this command to make Mautic aware of the new plugin:
    php bin/console mautic:plugins:reload
  4. Re-generate assets: Run this command to publish any assets the plugin might use:
    php bin/console mautic:assets:generate

After installation, go to Settings > Plugins in your Mautic instance and make sure the newly installed plugin is enabled. If you encounter any issues, please refer to the specific plugin's documentation or contact support.

What do the different license types mean?
We offer three main license types:
  • Single Customer: Allows you to use the plugin on one Mautic instance for a single end-client or your own company.
  • Small Agency: Allows use on up to 10 Mautic instances, suitable for agencies managing a few clients.
  • Unlimited SaaS Agency: Allows use on an unlimited number of Mautic instances, ideal for larger agencies or SaaS providers.

Are the plugins compatible with my Mautic version?
Most of our plugins are compatible with Mautic versions 4, 5, and 6. However, compatibility details are listed on each plugin's dedicated page. Please verify compatibility there before purchasing. The Mautic Customizer plugin specifically supports Mautic 5 and 6.
