F.A.Q

  • Is it possible to get failure notifications via email?

    Certainly, you can configure reports to have no specified execution time and schedule them to be sent via email daily, weekly, or monthly. 

  • How long do we retain logs?

    Logs older than 30 days are cleared through the Mautic maintenance command: php bin/console mautic:maintenance:cleanup

  • Is there another way I can notify?

    You can use a pre-built Dashboard widget, or you can utilize webhooks and process data with Zapier or Ma ke.com.
