Form Tab bundle

FromTab bundle added related contact's form results to contact's profile. You can add new form results, edit or delete form results it directly from contact's profile.

Installation

1. Unzip files to plugins/MauticFormTabBundle
2. Clear cache (var/cache/prod/)
3. Go to plugins and and click to button Install/Update Plugins
